Do I need to make a reservation or can I walk-in?
We highly recommend making a reservation in advance to confirm desired time and service providers. We do take walk-in reservations, but cannot guarantee an open availability. To hold a reservation you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number with an expiration date. Your information is encrypted and safely stored in our booking system. LuDawn Spa & Salon will not charge your card unless you miss your appointment or do not adhere to our cancellation policy.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance (you may call 352.236.5353 and leave a voicemail, text us 352.817.9482, or email us email@example.com). Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A fee of 50% will be charged to your credit card if your miss your appointment or fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late Arrivals: We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt
the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.
Do you offer Spa Parties?
Yes, we offer Group Bookings. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your reservation and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa or online. If you have received an online Gift Certificate, we will need the email OR the redemption code contained in the email in order to redeem the gift certificate. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. We kindly ask that gift certificates are mentioned when making your reservation.
Please be aware that we DO NOT accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Gift Cards. We also do not accept Spa Finder Gift Cards.
When should I arrive for my reservation?
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course beyond the check in policies we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at LuDawn Spa & Salon. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea, coffee, wine or flavored water available in our relaxation area.
Do you have a Return Policy for any products?
Yes, in the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and would like to make a return, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products here at LuDawn Spa & Salon.
How should I prepare for my body waxing appointment?
Firstly, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early if you need to ask any questions or use the restroom. We recommend not participating in any type of hair removal for at least two weeks. Hydrate as much as possible before your reservation this aids in a more comfortable service.
We recommend exfoliating at least 2-3 times a week before visiting us. We carry Intelligent Nutrients organic products, these provide optimum exfoliation. Exfoliating 48 hours before your service is beneficial to your treatment.
To achieve maximum comfort we ask you to wear loose fitting cotton clothing. This will allow the skin to breathe and help prevent any ingrown hairs or irritations.
We ask all guests to avoid physical activities that result in sweating or makeup application that would result in clogging your pores for at least 24 hours. Clogged pores may lead to ingrown hairs or irritation.

What is the difference between Bikini Line, Bikini Risque, & Brazilian waxing?
Bikini line is the removal of hair that might peek out from beneath a modest bikini bathing suit.
Bikini Risque is the removal of most of the hair in the bikini area, but we do leave behind a shape if this what you desire. For reference we remove anything that would be exposed while wearing a high-waist bikini bathing suit.
Brazilian is the complete removal of all hair in the bikini area as well as a back strip.
What are the Signature Nail Services?
A Signature Nail Service begins with an aromatherapy journey to choose your favorite scent. Nail and cuticle maintenance are followed by a foot exfoliation and massage. Finish up with polish application in your desired color.
What are the Spa Nail Services?
A Spa Nail Service begins with an aromatherapy journey to choose your favorite scent, with a Destress Express treatment. Nail and cuticle care are followed by lower leg or arm and foot or hand exfoliation and massage. Relax as we wrap your feet in hot towel compresses and drape your neck in a hot neck wrap. Finish this nail experience with polish application in your desired color.
